The distance university has announced information regarding the examination form submission which has begun for December Term End Examination 2025 (TEE). For the year 2025, the university will conduct term end exam from 1st December 2025
All students must ensure that they have already submitted the solved assignments as per their concerned courses will be able to fill term end examination form online from 6th September 2025.
Students can fill exam form online for all courses such as Master Degree, Bachelor Degree, Diploma and Certificate courses which are offered by IGNOU.

Students can fill Online Exam Form for December 2025 term end exam by visiting the university official website https://exam.ignou.ac.in. If any student didn’t submit their IGNOU assignments of respective course will not be eligible to submit exam form and their form will be rejected as per university guidelines.
Be consider that students whose term-end exam form are rejected, not eligible to receive their IGNOU Hall Ticket December 2025 as well.
As per Ignou Notification, Students first need to check their registration is valid or not. How to fill IGNOU Online Exam Form Fees December 2025
The fees of December Term-End Examination Form for courses for which appearing in the first time or failed in the earlier exam conducted including practical courses for BCA / MCA / PGDLAN / BLIS programme is Rs. 200/- per course. (Theory courses and practical/lab courses). For example : Any student enrolled for four courses, needs to pay Rs 800/- (200 x 4) as an examination fee to appear in December 2025 term end exam.
Students may select any one of the HDFC or IDBI Bank option to make payment from any of their credit/debit card of any bank. In case, examination fee needs to be returned to student due to various technical reasons, the fee will be refunded to the same account (Credit card/ Debit card/ Net Banking) from which the payment was made.
How To Check IGNOU Online Exam Form Submission Status
After filling the December term end exam for year 2025, students can check their examination form submission status online (after 24 hours of submission of your examination form (leaving the day of submission and Saturday/Sunday/Holidays)) by visiting the university official link : https://exam.ignou.ac.in/search.asp.
Students can check status online by enter Control No. OR Enrollment No. and Programme Code, Date of Birth etc.

NOTE:
1. The University reserves the right to reschedule/cancel examinations/papers at any time in all the Examination Centre across the Country or in any particular Examination Centre/ State due to any exigency or any other reasons.
2.Students registered for appearing in Practical/Lab courses including BLIS Programme are advised to contact their Regional Centre for Venue and schedule of exams.
PRE-REQUISITE FOR SUBMISSION OF IGNOU EXAM FORM DEC 2025
- Registration for the courses is valid and not time barred.
- Required number of assignments in the courses must have been submitted by the due date wherever applicable as per the provision of your programme.
- Have completed minimum time to pursue these courses as per the provision of the Programme.
- Schedule for conduct of Practical Examinations other than Programmes of CIT, BCA, MCA, MSC (MACS), PGDAST, PGCGI, MSCIS, PGDIS, DBPOFA, DMOP, ACISE & BLIS etc. will be provided by the concerned Regional Centre.
- The Hall Ticket should be retained for future purpose including attending Project submissions/Practical Examinations, The copy of hall ticket may be submit along with Project Reports/Dissertation/Field Work Journal/Internship/Practicum at the time of submission either in online mode or offline mode, and also for attending Practical Examinations.
REFUND OF EXCESS/UNSUCCESSFUL IGNOU EXAMINATION FEE DEC 2025
- In case of excess and unsuccessful payment, the student is required to approach the bank to take the charge back after the issuance of Hall Ticket.
- The result shall be withheld/cancelled for the students who have taken back the examination fee through charge back process form the concerned bank and appeared in the examination illegally.
- The excess/unsuccessful fee amount will be adjusted/refunded as the case may be, to the account from which the payment was made after due verification of records of the concerned bank only in cases of payment made through payment gateway indicated in the TEE Online Portal.
