After admission confirmation from Ignou, some students want to change of medium study, change of courses of study etc. For those students, the Indira Gandhi National Open University provides an easy option to apply for Change in Medium, Change of Subjects by filling an application form.
The Application form for change of medium, course of study is available online at Ignou official website. If any Students wants to change of elective/course, change of medium after receiving the Ignou study material then this is permitted within 30 days from receipt of first set of course material in the first year only.

Fee Details for Change of Medium : The credit and fee details for undergraduate courses such as payment of Rs 350/- plus Rs 350/- per 2/4 credit course and Rs 700/- per 6/8 credit course while For Master’s Degree Programme, it is Rs.350/- plus Rs.600/- per 2/4 credit course and Rs.1200/- per 6/8 credit course.

Be remember that Student need to fill application form for Change of Medium, Change of Elective / Course and Payment should be made by way of a Demand Draft which is drawn in favour of ‘IGNOU’ payable at the place of concerned Regional Centre.
