The distance university declared the term end result with in 45 days for which term end exams are held twice in a year i.e June and December for the current year. After declaring term end result, the university compiles and updated student’s result grade card.

Enrolled Students can check or download their Ignou grade card December 2023 by visiting the university official website for Master Degree, Bachelor Degree, Diploma and Certificate programmes such as BDP, BA (Bachelor of Arts), B.Com, B.Sc, BPP, B.Ed (Bachelor of Education), MA English (MEG), M.Com, MSO, MARD (MA Rural development), MPA, MA Psychology (MAPC), MA Philosophy (MAPY), MA Education, MBA, MCA etc.
Students are so worried about that their marks card is updated or not ? Ignou Grade Card status shows “Completed” for those students whose their result and assignment marks updated immediately after the declaration of term end result or assignment marks while for few students grade card shows “Not Completed”.
The reason is either theory marks or assignment marks not updated on score card. Students need to wait for some more time to update their complete score card and check grade card status at regular interval.

How to Check Ignou Grade Card?
The exam board will issue the theory mark and assignment mark in the grade card. Below are direct link to check or download Ignou Grade Card status online. Students can check by enter their Enrollment Number, Select Programme and Click on Submit button to check their score card / marks card :
1) For BCA/MCA/MP/MPB
2) For BDP/BA/B.COM/B.Sc./ASSO Programmes

Ignou Grade Card Status Result?
As per Ignou guidelines, Ignou grade card for all students will be updated 2-3 times in a year. After declaration of June and December term end result or submission of solved assignments or declaration of revaluation result etc. Ignou grade card consists details of Course Code and their Status, Assignment Marks, Term End Theory and Practical Marks etc. Whenever university declare any result or section, the grade card will be updated with their score card or marks.
If any student declared pass, the score card status will be updated as ‘Complete’. If any student didn’t get passing marks in assignment or theory, status will be as ‘Incomplete’. Be remember that the marks for Term End Practical examinations will be updated only for the programmes for which it is compulsory.
Ignou Result Grade Card December 2023?
The university will declare term end result and grade card for December 2023 examinations which has held from 1st December 2023 and ends on 7th January 2024 on it’s official website. After the declaration of December 2023 term end result, the university will update student’s Grade Card / Marks card and send it to student’s registered address in the form of mark sheet. If it’s not received at home, need to contact to concerned regional centre.
Eligible students can check or download duplicate / soft copy of Ignou grade card by visiting the university official website. The grades will be awarded as A,B,C,D & E where “E” grade will be awarded to the student who didn’t get passing marks in some particular course or no. of courses.
There is one more grade which is known as ‘Z’ which means student has written nothing in the Term End Examination Answer Sheet or in Solved Assignment work.
Ignou Grade Card Calculator?
As per Ignou Guidelines, 30% weightage for assignment mark and 70% weightage for theory marks in the term end exam. In theory exams, students should got 40 out of 100 and 20 out of 50 while 50 out of 100 in the assignment marks will be passed in the semester exam. If any student who got below 40 in theory exams and got above 50 % mark in the assignment, need to appear again in the written exam. On the basis of IGNOU grade card calculator, the university will not consider the decimal number and rounded the marks offend such as if any students got 28.1, 28.2, 28.3, 28.4 in any one of the subject, then mark will be 27. If any students have got 29.5, 29.6, then score card will be 30.
